There are a number of online web-based applications to view maps and mappable data specific to the Seattle area:
  • My Neighborhood Map – shows the general level of ServicesImpacts, and Crime Statistics for a given area within Seattle.
  • DPD GIS – Click on this map to see information about an individual parcel and turn on Base Map, Environmental Critical Areas, and Zoning layers.
  • City Property Finder – presents data on property which the city owns and on property which the city leases for city uses. Get the following information about it: the name of the Property Management Area (PMA), the City Department with jurisdiction over the property, the nature of City property rights, the primary use of the PMA, and the size of the property.
  • King County Census Viewer – provides more than 100 community census data indicators for 77 defined places.
  • WA Department of Natural Resources – a catalog of published maps and mapping services.
  • Puget Sounds Regional Council Catalog – download standard PSRC map products, including maps of census geographies, PSRC forecasting zones, and other general interest regional planning maps.
